After washing, the fabric may shrink slightly due to its nature.
Hang to dry in a place free from snags.
If a pile thread is pulled out during use, do not pull the thread; cut the pulled-out portion before continuing to use.
Using a dryer can cause shrinkage.

Regarding returns

While we take every precaution in inspecting our products, in the unlikely event that you receive an item with "frayed threads," "stains," or an "incorrect item," we will immediately exchange it for a new one.
